# Do I have to pay customs duties or local taxes upon delivery of my order?

When your Cacatoès order is delivered, you may be charged customs duties or other local taxes. As stated in our [Terms and Conditions of Sale](https://xikm0q-w0.myshopify.com/policies/terms-of-sale), these fees are not the responsibility of JOKA and are entirely your own responsibility.
