# My parcel is damaged, what should I do?

If your parcel is damaged (opened, spoiled, or shows signs of tampering), we recommend refusing it upon delivery or reporting it to the carrier immediately.
Then please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Please note: a damaged parcel not reported at the time of delivery cannot be refunded.
