# My product seems defective, what should I do?

If the product you received seems defective, the first step is to contact our customer service by email at help@mycacatoes.com. To help us process your request, please send us photos showing the defect, along with all the details needed to find your order (name, address, and 9-character order reference). 

After our teams confirm the defect, we will send you a return label and process the refund for the defective product once it is received and processed.
