# My promo code isn't working, why could that be?

Issues using your discount codes may be due to the following:

* Your promo code has already been used and is therefore no longer valid
* Your promo code was issued for a specific customer account
* Your promo code is tied to a minimum and/or maximum order amount
* Your promo code cannot be combined with other codes
* The promotional period during which this code could be used has expired
