Issues using your discount codes may be due to the following:

• Your promo code has already been used and is therefore no longer valid
• Your promo code was issued for a specific customer account
• Your promo code is tied to a minimum and/or maximum order amount
• Your promo code cannot be combined with other codes
• The promotional period during which this code could be used has expired
