My sandals have stains. What should I do?

It is normal for your sandals to have slight marks on the straps. These are injection marks created during the color injection process in manufacturing. They are completely normal and will gradually fade with regular wear.

You may also notice white marks when you receive your pair. These can appear during shipping, especially if the sandals have been exposed to cold temperatures. As our sandals are made in Brazil, the material may temporarily react to temperature changes.

To remove these white marks, we recommend using a hair dryer. Hold it at a safe distance from the sandals (do not place it directly against the material) and move it evenly over the entire pair. Gently warm the surface for a few moments, then allow the material to return to room temperature. The white marks should disappear quickly.
