Can I drop off my return parcel directly with you?

To make a return, please go to the dedicated Cacatoès returns page:

Once on this page, you'll be able to:

1. Register your request.
2. Select the item concerned, indicate the reason for return, then confirm your request.
3. Prepare your parcel, print and stick the prepaid label onto it.
4. Send your return by dropping off the parcel at a Chronopost Pick-up point.

Please send back the pair(s) along with the original invoice, stating the reason for return.
