Can I edit my personal information myself?

When logged into your customer account, you can update your personal information (name, date of birth, email address and phone number) in your profile under "Profile and security".

You can update your address details the next time you place an order — simply enter the desired shipping or billing address during checkout.

Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to change the address once an order has been placed. But don't worry! If you accidentally order to the wrong address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us and your payment will be refunded. You can then place a new order.

You will always receive a confirmation email whenever you update your personal information.
