How can I delete my customer account?

You can request the deletion of your customer account at any time by sending an email to help@mycacatoes.com. No specific format is required, but please write to us using the email address linked to your customer account.

To process your request, we may sometimes ask you for additional information before responding. Once your request has been processed, we will delete your customer account as soon as possible, provided there are no legal obligations preventing us from doing so (for example, outstanding payments).
