How can I track my order? Where is my parcel?

To track your order, please check the email address used when placing your order. Once the status is "Shipped", an automatic email is sent to you with your tracking number for the chosen carrier. To track your parcel, please visit the relevant carrier's website, select the "Track parcel" tab, and enter your tracking number.
